Our Story
The Winnow Bio co-founders each have over 20 years experience in medical device innovation, with a focus on surgical and orthopedic tools and implants. We are passionate and excited to support surgical innovation and have a, patent pending, implantable device to improve patient outcomes across a wide range of orthopedic maladies.
Meet The Team
Founders
Matthew Leming, PhD
Co-Founder & CEO
Dr. Leming has a breadth of experience in commercialization projects including academic to commercial translation and medical devices. He has 10 years of experience in basic science research with 9 peer reviewed publications. This is complimented by more than eight years of startup project management and technology transfer experience. Along the process he has had the opportunity to sit on every side of the entrepreneurial table.
Jung Chang
Co-Founder
Jung has over 20 years of experience within the medical device R/D space mostly focused on orthopedic and dental markets. Formally trained and certified as ISO 13485 Lead Auditor, MDSAP Internal Auditing, Design Control Training for Medical Devices: Requirements and Best Practices.
